(Sibley)– A search warrant executed Tuesday on a residence in Sibley resulted in drug charges being filed against a Sibley man.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says the search resulted in deputies finding what’s alleged to be packaged marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
26-year-old Robert Flores of Sibley was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts, possession with intent to deliver and failure to have a valid drug tax stamp.
Flores was booked into the Osceola county jail.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is a member of the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force.
