(Fostoria)– A Fostoria couple faces drug charges as the result of a search of their home early Wednesday.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the search of the Arthur and Juli Munoz residence at 302 Northwest First Street in Fostoria was the result of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
Deputies seized a pound of marijuana along with paraphernalia.
Three children were also found in the home.
Arthur and Juli Munoz were taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver; a tax stamp violation; three counts of child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They’re being held in the Clay county jail on bond of nearly 26-thousand dollars each.
