(Estherville)– Drug charges have been filed against four people as the result of a search warrant executed late last week on a residence in Estherville.
Authorities say 19-year-old Seth Stockwell and 28-year-old Shelley Brooks were each charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine, within a thousand feet of a park. They were also charged with one count of interference with official acts and one count of possession of methamphetamine precursors.
19-year-old Brock Grimm was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mindy Murphy, who’s age wasn’t available, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine.
All were booked into the Emmet county jail.
