(Sanborn)– A rural Hartley man has been charged for allegedly breaking into a residence in Sanborn last month.
Authorities say 41-year-old Mark Shane Nellis of rural Hartley has been charged with burglary in the second degree…a class “C” felony.
Nellis is accused of entering a residence in Sanborn and assaulting a female who lives there. He was arrested July 29th by the Sanborn Police Department and the O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office.
