(Estherville)– Motorists travelling on Highway nine through Estherville and Highway four south of town need to find alternate routes.
A spokesperson for Rohlin Construction tells KUOO news those roads are closed today for a resurfacing project. Highway nine through Estherville is expected to be closed for several days atleast.
Meanwhile, a resurfacing project continues on Highways nine and 71 through Spirit Lake as well. That road is still open to traffic, but you can expect delays as traffic is limited to one lane in each direction.
