(Ashton)– A report of an assault has landed an Ashton man in jail.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called Sunday to an address in Ashton.
Upon investigating, 44-year-old Steven Roth was arrested and charged with assault…a simple misdemeanor; along with criminal mischief…an aggravated misdemeanor.
Roth was booked into the Osceola county jail on a 2,300-dollar bond.
