(Spirit Lake)– Spirit Lake police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspicious person.
Authorities say a high school student had gone home for lunch around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on 28th street in Spirit Lake and found a strange woman there. She left when the teen got there.
The woman is described as being in her early 20’s; about five feet tall with a sun tan and brownish hair. She was last seen driving a green Geo four-door with California license plates. Anyone having any information is asked to contact Spirit Lake police at 336-5776 or the Dickinson County Communications Center at 336-2525.
