(Spencer)– It was announced today (Thurs.) the Christian music group “Casting Crowns” will perform at this year’s Clay County Fair. They’ll appear in front of the grandstand at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, September 15th.
The band was launched in 2003 and has garnered 23 GMA Dove Awards, a GRAMMY Award and an American Music Award. The group has also had eight chart-topping radio singles.
Casting Crowns has sold more than 4.5 million albums to date and has been named Billboard Magazine’s top-selling Christian act for the past four years.
Ticket information, along with the announcement of the opening act, will be released this coming spring.
