(Spirit Lake)– Spirit Lake police are asking for the public’s assistance in tracking down a person believed to have a large quantity of quarters in their possession.
Authorities say the subject should have anywhere from 200 to 1,200-dollars worth of quarters in their possession…all of them with state logos. Authorities say they may or may not be in rolls. They aren’t saying where the quarters were taken from. It’s believed they were taken sometime in the last two to three weeks.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Dickinson County Crimestoppers at 336-2345. A reward of two hundred dollars is being offered to anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
