(Ruthven)– No injuries were reported Sunday evening when a pickup collided with a building in downtown Ruthven.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says Casey Pomeroy of Ruthven lost control of a 1997 Dodge pickup as he was travelling on Gowrie Street. The vehicle left the road and collided with the Post Office building.
1,500-dollars in damage was estimated to the pickup; an estimate of damage to the building wasn’t immediately available.
Pomeroy was cited for failure to maintain control.
The mishap took place around 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
