(Spirit Lake)– Crews working on the Hill Avenue South Project in Spirit Lake continue to make excellent progress.
Paving started last week on the south end of the project and is steadily progressing northward.
As a result, Public Works Director Todd Dolphin says the temporary crossing at 22nd Street is now closed for the duration of the project, which is expected to continue into atleast September.
