(Storm Lake)– There will be no disciplinary action in the release of a Storm Lake man accused of killing his wife four days after getting out of prison. George Pittman was charged with first degree murder in the September 23rd death of his wife, Keo.
Elizabeth Robinson-Ford is the acting chairperson of the Iowa Parole Board. She says there was no wrong-doing involved in Pittman’s release.
Pittman had been serving a two-year sentence on a domestic terrorism charge for threatening to kill people in the Buena Vista County Courthouse.
