(Emmetsburg)– A traffic stop early Saturday at the junction of Highways Four and 18 in Palo Alto county landed one person in jail on drug charges.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a subsequent search of the vehicle turned up what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
A passenger in the vehicle, Adam Lesher of Newell, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Palo county jail.
Authorities say the vehicle was pulled over shortly after 12:30 a.m.
