A passenger, 20-year-old Rene Alvarez-Lopez of Ashton, was arrested on charges of identity theft and forgery.

Both men were booked into the Osceola county jail on a $10,000 cash only bond. They are also being held on a detainer from Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.
