(Atlantic City, N.J.)– She may not have made it on stage as a finalist, but Okoboji’s very own Miss Iowa, Stephanie Moore, represented Iowa and the Iowa Great Lakes very well during the Miss America Competition Saturday evening in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Stephanie’s father, Steve Moore, told KUOO’s Bob Rambo the experience was unbelievable, and the competition was obviously difficult. But he says Stephanie gave it her all and he’s very proud of her.
Moore thanked everyone in the lakes area for their support of Stephanie.
