Okabena, Mn. Man May Face Drug Charges In Rollover

(Sibley)– An Okabena, Minnesota man could be facing drug charges as the result of a one-vehicle rollover Monday on Highway 60 south of Sibley.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Glenn Bayerkohler lost control of a 2001 Ford Ranger that left the road and rolled. Bayerkohler wasn’t injured. He was cited for failure to maintain control.

A search of the vehicle turned up a substance believed to be marijuana and some rolling papers. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia are pending test results by the DCI crime lab.

The pickup Bayerkohler was driving was totaled.
