(Worthington)– A two-vehicle accident Saturday on Interstate 90 in Nobles county sent four people to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says it involved a 2001 Chevrolet pickup driven by 42-year-old Ellis Ekwall of Yates City, Illinois and a 1994 chevrolet Lumina van driven by 26-year-old Antonio Barba of Worthington.
Ekwall and a passenger in his vehicle, 48-year-old Randall Prouty of Denver, Colorado were taken to the Worthington hospital where they were treated and released.
Barba and a passenger in the vehicle he was driving, 23-year-old Inez Menendez of Worthington, were also taken to the Worthington hospital where they were treated and released.
The mishap took place shortly after 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
