(Arnolds Park)– A new water flume ride is up at Arnolds Park…but it could be awhile yet before it’s operational.
Cary Parker, the park’s General Manager, tells KUOO news he’s been under a lot of pressure from the public to get it running. But he wants to make sure it’s completely safe first.
Installation of the ride, donated by a former amusement park in New Jersey, has been repeatedly delayed by weather and other factors.
Parker says they now hope to have the ride operational by August 18th.
