(Spirit Lake)– A new Director has been selected for the Spirit Lake Campus of Iowa Lakes Community College.
Mary Larscheid will take over the duties July 1st. She’s currently an Associate Professor of Biology at the Estherville Campus. Larscheid has been at Iowa Lakes since 1991. Prior to that she taught at the University of Wyoming training science teachers.
Larscheid says she’s very excited to have been appointed Director of the Spirit Lake Campus and looks forward to building on the growth that’s taken place in recent years at the campus.
Larscheid’s appointment is pending approval by the Iowa Lakes Community College Board of Trustees, which meets later this month.
