Milford Teens Charged In Terril Burglary

November 22, 2014

(Terril)– Charges have been filed against two Milford teens in connection with a burglary early this (Thursday) morning in Terril.

19-year-old Trevor Kuhlman was charged with third degree burglary, operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

A 17-year-old male whose name wasn’t released has been charged with third degree burglary…a class “D” felony; and possession of alcohol under the legal age.

Tom Lobach of the Terril/Superior Police Department says he received a report about a garage being broken into in Terril around 4:45 a.m. this (Thursday) morning and that the suspects were reportedly burglarizing a vehicle inside.

With assistance from the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, Lobach says they were able to stop a vehicle the two suspects were in as they were trying to flee the scene.

Kuhlman was booked into the Dickinson county jail; the juvenile was transported to the Youth Emergency Services Center in Cherokee.
