(Milford)– RAGBRAI, The Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa, goes through Milford July 25th. Local event co-chair Bart Mason says an official route for the ride has been designated through the community. He says it will bring riders into Florence Park, through the downtown area past old city hall east to the Three Sons, then north to County Road A-34. From there, they’ll head east and north to Estherville on county roads.
Mason says the path was selected to get the estimated 10-thousand bikers through Milford’s business district and to divert them to an intersection with less motorized traffic.
