(Des Moines)– A young man from Milford is this year’s winner of the Bill Reilly Talent Show at the Iowa State Fair.
John Moore was crowned the winner Sunday following his performance of a song titled “If Ever I Leave You” from the musical “Camelot”.
Moore told KUOO’s George Bower that he qualified for the state competition at a local competition held in Spirit Lake in early June.
Moore is a music student at Simpson College.
He wins five thousand dollars for his first-place finish.
