(Sioux City)– A Milford man has been sentenced to 14 and-a-half years in prison after pleading guilty to manufacturing and distributing 50 grams or more of pure methamphetamine within a protected location, having been previously convicted of a felony drug charge.
In a plea agreement, 41-year-old Todd Stockwell of Milford admitted that from about March, 1997 through about November 23rd, 2003 he and others manufactured and distributed atleast 50 grams or more of pure methamphetamine within a thousand feet of the Okoboji Elementary School in Milford.
In addition to the prison sentence, Stockwell must also serve a 10-year term of supervised release after the prison term.
