(Milford)– A Milford man has been placed on the state’s sex offender registry.
Authorities say 29-year-old Jason L. Woodard of 1204 15th Street was placed on the registry after being convicted of lascivious acts with a child that occurred in Dickinson county in 1992.
Authorities say Woodard is considered at risk to re-offend. The risk assessment was completed by the Iowa Department of Corrections.
The notification is to serve only as a means for the public to protect themselves. Any action taken by anyone against Woodard including vandalism of property, verbal or written threat of physical harm, or physical assault can result in arrest and prosecution.
