(Milford)– The Milford City Council has opted NOT to hold a public hearing on a request to vacate an alley just north of the Lutheran Church.
The request came from a neighbor that wants to build a garage and do some landscaping where the alley is currently located.
Council members have opposed requests in the past to vacate the alley, and several reiterated their opposition Monday.
A motion NOT to hold a public hearing on the request was passed unanimously.
