November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– An Ocheyedan man who showed up at the Clay county jail to bail out a friend found himself behind bars.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Marc Brauhn came into the jail around 8:00 a.m. Monday to bond out someone arrested the night before.

A deputy noticed that Brauhn was intoxicated, and preliminary tests were performed that verified that.

Brauhn was then arrested on a charge of public intoxication and was booked into jail.
