(Spencer)– A Spencer man already in jail who was wanted on a warrant for sex abuse was re-arrested Tuesday at the Clay county jail.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Levi Shuck was arrested shortly after 10:00 p.m. on a Buena Vista county warrant charging him with third degree sexual abuse.
Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
A news release doesn’t go into detail into the nature of the charge.
