(Undated)– Iowa’s unemployment rate held steady during the month of June…remaining at three-point-six percent. That compares with three-point-three percent a year ago.
Locally, the June unemployment rate in Dickinson county was up a tenth of a percent from May…increasing to two-point-eight percent.
Increases were slightly greater in adjoining counties. The June jobless rate for Clay county was three-point-two percent; in Emmet county it was four-point-seven percent; Osceola county checked in at two-point-one percent; Palo Alto was at three-point-one percent and O’Brien county stood at two-point-three percent.
