(Milford)– State Representative Greg Stevens of Milford says worsening revenue projections from the State Revenue Estimating Conference comes as no surprise.
The Conference announced last week revenue collections are now projected at just over 5.2 billion dollars…less than two percent more than last year.
Stevens says he feels the Governor made the right decision in ordering new across-the-board cuts.
Vilsack says he’ll call a special session so lawmakers can review priority areas. Stevens hopes that happens very soon.
