(Estherville)– A northwest Iowa airport has been awarded federal funding to make some improvements.
The Estherville Airport is one of four in Iowa that will share in six million dollars in funding through the Airport Improvement Program. The program assists airports with planning and development projects.
Estherville will be getting slightly more than a million dollars to rehabilitate a runway and taxiway.
