(Spirit Lake)– A Dickinson county jury has convicted a Spirit Lake man charged in a domestic abuse case.
A jury earlier this week found Jerry Wayne Kilts guilty of domestic abuse assault–third offense or subsequent offense, a class “D” felony.
Sentencing is set for June 6th at 9:30 a.m. in Dickinson County District Court.
Kilts was charged for assaulting his girlfriend on May 8th of 2004 causing bodily injury.
