(Le Mars)– A woman being held as a material witness in the death of her son remains held in Plymouth County on bond of 250-thousand dollars.
Judge Robert Dull Wednesday ruled against a motion to reduce the bond.
Authorities believe ten-year-old Timothy Boss was killed two years ago in Remsen. His body hasn’t been found. His father, Donald Boss, is in jail on a first-degree murder charge.
Lisa Boss was taken into custody in Montana where she had fled with nine children as her husband was being interrogated on January second. She was brought back to Iowa last week.
