(Milford)– Authorities have released information into a joint investigation back on August 16th that resulted in the arrests of two people from Milford on drug charges.
The Clay and Dickinson County Sheriff’s Offices, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement and the Milford Police Department executed a search warrant at 1301 “M” Avenue in Milford at about 11:50 p.m. that night. It resulted in the arrests of Glenn Ripka and Jenette Ripka…both of Milford.
The two were booked into the Dickinson county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver marijuana…a class “D” felony; failure to affix a drug tax stamp…also a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
