(Jackson, Mn.)– Three people were injured Monday in a one-vehicle accident on Highway 71 about eight miles north of Jackson.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 29-year-old Brian Crain of Bird Island, Minnesota lost control of a 2003 Chevrolet pickup when a livestock trailer it was pulling came loose.
The pickup left the road and went into a ditch.
Crain and two passengers, 10-year-old Dominic Crain and eight-year-old Tristin Crain…also of Bird Island…were taken to the Jackson Medical Center and were transferred to Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls for x-rays.
The mishap took place shortly before noon.
Moderate damage was reported to the pickup and trailer.
