(Jackson, Mn.)– Charges have been filed against an Iowa woman in connection with a disturbance Tuesday at the AGCO plant in Jackson.
Jackson County Sheriff Roger Hawkinson says authorities were called to the scene around 2:30 p.m. after getting a report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, Hawkinson says deputies made contact with 28-year-old Ann Marie Waters of New Albin, Iowa who was very agitated. Hawkinson says Waters refused to cooperate with authorities and was belligerent. She was subsequently arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hawkinson says a search turned up a small quantity of methamphetamine on Water’s person.
Waters was transported to the Jackson county jail where she’s being held pending an initial court appearance.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Jackson Police Department and the Minnesota State Patrol.
