ILCC Begins Search For New President

November 22, 2014

(Estherville)– The board of trustees of Iowa Lakes Community College has started the process to find a replacement for college President Mike Hupfer, who is retiring February 1st, 2006.

A news release from the college says the Vice-President of ILCC’s board of trustees, John Hand, has been selected by the board to head a search committee. Hand says they’ll review the processes utilized when Dr. Hupfer and his predecessor, Jim Billings were hired and will probably utilize the services of a consultant to assist in their search.

The release doesn’t specify a time frame as to when a replacement will be named.
