(Estherville)– Some administrative changes are in the works at Iowa Lakes Community College.
College President Doctor Michael Hupfer has tabbed Valerie Newhouse of Emmetsburg to head the negotiation and administration of contracts, human resources offices, secondary programs and alternative high schools. She replaces Tom Herbst who retired at the end of last year.
Hupfer also announced the appointment of Julie Carlson of Spencer as Dean of Enrollment Management, effective July 1st.
And Hupfer has appointed Darin Moeller of Estherville as Registrar effective with the retirement late this year of Tom Spalding. Moeller will continue as Athletics Director and head Men’s Basketball Coach.
