(Worthington, Mn.)– A Michigan man was injured Saturday when a motorcycle he was driving collided with an animal on Interstate 90 near Worthington.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 71-year-old William Bayne of Muskegon, Michigan was driving a 2002 Harley Davidson when he struck a small animal, causing him to lose control. The motorcycle went into the median and tipped over.
Bayne was taken to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls with non life-threatening injuries.
The motorcycle sustained severe damage.
The collision took place shortly after 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
