(Lake Park)– Voters in the Harris-Lake Park school district head back to the polls July 2nd.
Superintendent Gary Richardson says they’ll again decide the fate of a four million dollar bond issue to build a new elementary school in conjunction with the community complex.
Public informational meetings are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. June 6th in Harris and 7:00 p.m. June 17th in Lake Park.
This will be the third attempt at passing the issue.
1.1 million dollars in Vision Iowa funding for a new performing arts center to be constructed as part of the complex hinges on passage of the school’s bond issue.
