(Sioux City)– A Spirit Lake man has pled guilty in federal court to methamphetamine charges.
38-year-old Colin Jansen Hill pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to manufacture and possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of pure methamphetamine in the northern district of Iowa and elsewhere between about 1995 and continuing through about January 2001.
Hill faces a minimum prison term of life in prison due to his two felony drug convictions, an eight million dollar fine, a term of supervised release of atleast 10 years, and a 100-dollar special assessment.
