(Spencer)– Ongoing high water is delaying a bridge project on Highway 18 near Spencer.
The Iowa Department of Transportation says as a result, Highway 18 at Clay County Road M-50 will remain closed until June of next year.
That word late today (Fri.) from the D.O.T’s Cherokee Construction Office, which says the ongoing high water levels have prevented progress on the project.
