Grocery Store Robbery Suspect Sought

(Jackson, Mn.)– Southwest Minnesota authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with Monday night’s armed robbery of a Jackson grocery store.

Police say a man wearing a ski mask entered Gordy’s Foods around 10:00 p.m. and ordered employees and customers to stay away from the front of the building. Authorities say the subject, who was brandishing a blue revolver, got away on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man is described as being five feet eight inches tall with a slender build; wearing dark clothing with brown work gloves.
