(Spencer)– Charges have been filed against a Fort Dodge man in connection with an alleged incident early Monday in Spencer.
Spencer police say 34-year-old Wade Alan DeWall of Fort Dodge turned himself in after allegedly breaking into a trailer and assaulting his ex-wife, Elizabeth DeWall.
Authorities say the alleged incident took place around 5:00 a.m. at the Sioux River Estates Trailer Park in Spencer.
DeWall is being held without bond in the Clay county jail.
