Fostoria Bank Expansion Approved By Feds

(Fostoria)– Plans by a Fostoria bank to expand its operations to Milford have cleared a major hurdle.

Joe Simington of Farmer’s Savings Bank says they’ve received the necessary approval from on both the state and federal levels.

Simington says the approval means the branch office in Milford will be able to open in early June. It will be located out of a temporary site at Lakeland Square on Highway 71 in north Milford. Simington says they plan to put up a new building sometime in the future.
