Suhr and four passengers, 14-year-old Kourtney Krieger, 15-year-old Dustin Reynolds, 15-year-old Joseph Kroer and 14-year-old Jesse Rouse were taken to the Spencer Hospital where they were treated for minor injuries and released.
Eight thousand dollars in damage was estimated to the vehicle Suhr was driving.
