(Superior)– A fire this (Mon.) afternoon destroyed a small shed on the Lon Lindsay farm northwest of Superior.
Superior Fire Chief Jim Nygard says firefighters were called to 1230 290th Avenue around 1:00 and found the shed engulfed. He says firefighters managed to keep the blaze from spreading to a neighboring shed that housed some pet rabbits. There was no livestock in the building that burned.
Nygard says it appears the blaze was the result of an electrical malfunction.
The Spirit Lake Fire Department was called to assist in hauling water to the scene.
Firefighters were on the scene a couple of hours.
