(Estherville)– Police in Estherville say they’ve found the remnants of a meth lab in a garage.
Police say they saw drug paraphernalia at an Estherville residence while executing a search warrant for an unrelated situation. It led to the discovery of the remains of a meth lab in a garage. Authorities obtained a second search warrant, and all hazardous items were rendered safe and removed by a Kansas City Hazardous Materials Team. The evidence was turned over to Estherville Police for further investigation. Police say charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
The searches were conducted last Thursday.
