(Spencer)– The Clay County Regional Events Center has filled two key positions of its management staff.
Officials with Compass Facility Management announced the hiring of Patricia Ahlers as Business Manager and Brandon Hansen as Events Coordinator.
Hansen, a Ruthven native and graduate of Iowa Lakes Community College, will schedule events, direct staff, manage events and provide technical assistance.
He previously worked at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Ahlers will be in charge of finances. Her job will include accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and purchasing.
Officials are still looking to hire a General Manager for the Events Center.
