(Estherville)– Searches conducted the past couple of days in Estherville resulted in drug charges against two men.
Estherville police say the first one was conducted Tuesday and resulted in them seizing seven ounces of what’s alleged to be marijuana that was found in 63 individual packages. 20-year-old Darryl Davis of 300 South 18th Street in Estherville was arrested and charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, one count of failure to possess a drug tax stamp and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Another search was conducted early this (Wednesday) morning on a motor vehicle in Estherville. It resulted in the seizure of what’s alleged to be three and-a-half ounces of marijuana. 19-year-old Armon Boston of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was arrested as a result of that search. He was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of failure to possess a drug tax stamp.
Both men appeared today (Wednesday) before the Emmet County Magistrate. They remain in the Emmet county jail on cash bond of 19,500-dollars.
