(Estherville)– Authorities in Emmet county have broken up a burglary ring.
The sheriff’s office says four teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection with recent burglaries at several hog confinements and one residence.
Authorities have charged 19-year-old William Chapman of Ringsted with second degree theft and possession of marijuana. 18-year-old Joshua Harmon and 19-year-old Lonnie Rosburg, both of Armstrong, and a 15-year-old juvenile from Maple Hill have been charged with three counts of third degree burglary. Harmon was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and Rosburg was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Authorities say the arrests were the result of search warrants executed last week. They say most of the items that had been reported stolen were recovered in the searches.
